岗位职责
1.Assist with international strategy-related in-depth research on countries, securities/finance industry, competitors, and business plan, etc. with main tasks supporting data mining, analysis, report drafting, etc.
2.Support international operations management, including assisting in overseas network expansion, coordination with business units and regional teams, and tracking the execution of internationalization strategies. Contribute to international brand-building initiatives, such as supporting the organization of international forums and related events. Support periodic reporting on internationalization progress and key initiatives.
3.Keep abreast of the geopolitical, economic, financial, and industrial dynamics and regulatory changes in various regions.
岗位要求
1.Finance, Economics, Accounting, Computer Science majors preferred; overseas experience would be a plus.
2.Proactive and responsible with strong communication, fast learning, and stress management skills.
3.Strong interest in global macroeconomics and the financial industry, with a desire to expand industry knowledge.
4.Good command of PC skills, esp. Excel, Word and PowerPoint; familiar with Wind, Bloomberg, Capital IQ and Dealogic, etc.
5.Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in other languages would be a plus.
