工作内容
1. Responsible for production plan execution and scheduling. Based on production orders, decompose daily team tasks and coordinate manpower, machinery, materials, methods, and environment (4M1E) to ensure production schedules are met on time. Process-wise, you will work closely with planning and warehousing departments, handle abnormal situations, and output daily production reports.
2. Lead production floor safety and quality management. Strictly enforce safety production regulations and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), conduct regular inspections, and identify potential hazards. Simultaneously, monitor critical process parameters (such as electrolyte formulation ratios and reaction temperatures) to ensure product pass rates, and output quality inspection records and abnormal handling reports.
