工作内容
1. Responsible for inspection plan development and execution for incoming, in-process, and finished goods. Based on quality standards and inspection specifications, arrange sampling, testing, and disposition of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure timely and accurate testing; output inspection reports. This responsibility serves as the final gatekeeper for product quality.
2. Manage daily QC team operations and personnel training. Assign inspection tasks; supervise testing operation compliance; organize testing methodology training and skills assessments; elevate team professionalism; and ensure accuracy and consistency of test results.
