工作内容
1、Execute accurate translation and interpretation tasks between Chinese and Indonesian for technical documents, business contracts, meeting minutes, and daily communications.
2、Provide real-time interpretation support during business negotiations, technical training sessions, and cross-departmental meetings to ensure clear information exchange.
3、Localize marketing materials, product manuals, and operational guidelines to align with local cultural contexts and regulatory requirements.
4、Maintain and update terminology databases and translation glossaries to ensure consistency and accuracy across all translated materials.
5、Collaborate with internal teams to identify linguistic challenges and propose solutions to improve communication efficiency.
任职条件
1、Hold a Bachelor’s degree or above in Indonesian Language, Translation Studies, Linguistics, or a related discipline.
2、Possess native-level proficiency in Indonesian and professional working proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin), with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
3、Demonstrate a deep understanding of Indonesian culture, business etiquette, and social norms to facilitate effective cross-cultural communication.
4、Exhibit strong attention to detail, logical thinking abilities, and the capacity to handle confidential information with integrity.
5、Prior experience in translation or interpretation within manufacturing, chemical, or international trade industries is highly preferred.
