Manage a portfolio of Strategic and Focus corporate clients with clear ownership of revenue performance Identify sales opportunities end-to-end from client need through execution and post-trade support Provide day-to-day coverage across the Corporate Sales offering, coordinating with trading teams to support execution flow Develop client relationships that strengthen product penetration and expand share of wallet across priority accounts Partner with Relationship Managers, Global Payments Solutions (GPS) and Global Trade Solutions (GTS) to meet client needs Champion adoption of appropriate service models such as migrating transactional activity to self-service e-capability Coordinate with Corporate Risk Solutions (CRS) for complex balance sheet structuring solutions and cross-sell opportunities Maintain an effective control environment, escalating unusual or unacceptable activity and supporting fair customer outcomes Oversee team activity where supervisory responsibilities apply including performance management, coaching and resource planning Adapt processes as technology platforms evolve while keeping service quality and risk controls front of mind Building deeper Corporate Sales relationships Apply to help expand the HSBC Corporate Sales franchise through relationships that last and solutions that land well in market. Bring strong experience in Corporate Sales including knowledge of products, clients, systems and key processes Apply established understanding of capital markets including foreign exchange instruments and interest rate derivatives Manage transaction flow from order through to execution in partnership with trading teams and internal stakeholders Demonstrate a track record of developing client relationships that translate into revenue growth and deeper product usage Partner effectively across teams and regions to deliver coordinated client coverage and consistent service Operate within regulatory requirements for non-advisory sales and trading activities including holding relevant local or cross-border exams and qualifications or equivalent demonstrable experience Apply sound judgement in managing conduct risk, financial crime risk and operational risk within a front office environment Supervise and develop team members where applicable including performance management, coaching and maintaining quality of output
