岗位职责
Assistant Manager (Operations Support), Wealth Management
1. Provide customer services through counter transactions.
2. Collect supporting documents and responsible for account openingof high-net-worth clients. Perform KYC/CDD checks and account due diligence for new clients and maintain accurate and detailed records of CDD processes and findings.
3. Ensure client information and supporting documents are complete accurate and valid.
4. Handle client’s requests and instructions directly, including trade processing and inquiries on operational issues.
5. Working closely with internal departments on monitoring the entire trade processing, including system input, settlement arrangement, client’s confirmation and remittance, etc.
6. Handle filings and correspondences, email and phone enquiry.
任职资格
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Accounting, Economics,Finance or related disciplines.
2. Minimum 5 years’ operations support in Private Banking/WealthManagement.
3. Passed in HKSI Paper 1, 7 & 8 and IIQE Papers 1 & 3.
4. Experience in customer due diligence, including KYC, risk appetiteassessment, transaction monitoring.
5. Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese(Cantonese & Mandarin).
6. Proficient in Microsoft office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
7. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
