Sr Mortgage Sales Support

Contribute to the improvement of mortgage sales quality, streamlined mortgage process and cost effectiveness of mortgage business. Contribute to IWPB and other related business services, such as account opening, mortgage after-sales services, and WEM sales referrals. Support the Mortgage Sales team in collecting necessary documents and preparing proposals for new EBF projects. Assist the Manager in managing and monitoring mortgage acquisition channel development, EBF utilization, the new acquisition pipeline, daily team activities, and the achievement of mortgage sales targets. Support the Mortgage Sales team in arranging sales activities. 1. At least six months of experience in HSBC WPB roles. Sound knowledge of HSBC products and services, with a specific emphasis on digital channels. High potential to transition into a sales role within six months. Results-driven with the ability to work effectively under pressure. Comprehensive understanding of local regulatory and licensing requirements. Clear understanding of how to collaborate with Compliance, Credit & Risk, and Internal Control to ensure a balanced risk operating environment. Proficiency in English and local languages. In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, credit policies, regulatory policies, and business systems. Ability to establish and maintain a smooth communication and interaction platform between Operations (OPS) and the Frontline. Commitment to supporting the monitoring of HML performance and processes. Accountability for maintaining expert knowledge of HML products, credit policies, and business systems to ensure operational excellence. 2.
