Act as a hands-on lead developer, guiding the team in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software solutions. Provide technical mentorship to a team of multiple teams of developers, ensuring best practices in coding, design, and architecture. Drive the adoption of modern development frameworks, tools, and methodologies. At least 8 years of hands-on experience in 5 or more of the following technologies: Java, Spring Framework (including Spring Integration), OAuth 2.0, MongoDB, AWS, Kubernetes, Jenkins Pipeline Proven experience leading a team of multiple teams of developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment. Ability to mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Experience in delivering greenfield projects from concept to production release. Experience with microservices architecture. Familiarity with other cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP). Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical and customer needs, aligning them with the product vision. Ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that meet business requirements. Architect and implement solutions using Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Integration. Design and integrate secure authentication mechanisms using OAuth 2.0. Develop and maintain robust data storage solutions using MongoDB. Implement containerized solutions using Kubernetes for scalability and reliability. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA engineers, and operations teams.
