You also contribute to broader management responsibilities, including people-related matters, budgeting, and supporting cross-functional initiatives within the E4 team.

Mininum of 7 years working experience in Vehicle Operation related position, with testing experience will be very beneficial, with leading experience as a big benefit

Teamwork spirit with excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Strategic thinking and innovation spirit

Advanced MS Office skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word, Power BI or AI knowledge for office task automation is a plus

Fluent English (oral, writing, listening and reading) is mandatory

German language knowledge is an advantage

Knowledge with vehicle development process is an advantage

Working experience in international company is a plus
