HW Validation and Verification Engineer

Objectives：

Responsible for validation and reliability engineering activities for Cockpit, ADAS, and Centralized Computing hardware products.

Drive validation planning, test execution tracking, result assessment, and risk evaluation throughout the product development lifecycle. Coordinate suppliers, external laboratories, and cross-functional engineering teams to ensure products meet electrical performance, environmental, reliability, and vehicle integration requirements.

Provide objective engineering assessments and technical recommendations to support product maturity evaluation and project milestone decisions.

Qualification

Education

Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines

Fluent Chinese and good English communication skills required

Experience

1. Product Validation Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive electronics development, validation, testing, or reliability engineering

Experience with Cockpit, ADAS, Domain Controller, or High-Performance Computing products preferred

Experience supporting products from development through production readiness

2. Validation & Reliability Experience

Experience planning and managing validation activities

Experience in electrical verification and environmental testing

Experience identifying technical risks and evaluating product maturity

Experience driving issue closure with cross-functional teams

3. Supplier Collaboration Experience

Experience working with Tier1 suppliers and external laboratories

Experience reviewing test plans and validation reports

Experience coordinating technical discussions and corrective actions
