Name of Project: Insurance business model Exploration 保险商业模式探索

Objectives:

- Insurance biz model exploration, data management approach, platform service, service product co-launch & co-steering

Main Tasks:

- Arrange meetings, prepare meeting agenda & material and track followup timelines & actions

- Responsible for campaign verification & data management;

- Participate in designing of service products and market rollout plan;

- Support business model exploration incl. peer study, product & service comparison, etc.

Learning Opportunities:

- Be able to attend the entire process to explore new business model and attend key discussions;

- Be able to handle the real business to get experience;

Key Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented, logical thinking and analytical skills, quick in problem resolving

• Excellent interpersonal skills with various level of people

• End to end mindset, could think through the entire customer journey, business as well as technically

• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, good English in written and spoken

[Preferred:] Be able to workout actionplan under clear target
