SQE工程师通过管理供应商在一个或多个高复杂性项目中的表现（Q/C/D/M），为买方提供支持标准；

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Main Job Responsibilities & Missions主要岗位职责及任务

根据佛吉亚采购要求，部署与外购零件生产阶段相关的APQP，负责PPAP文件搜集及签批；

管理供应商的工艺鉴定（控制计划和质量基础实施、量产试验和工艺审核）；

对来料检验指导书内容进行复核确认可实施性，以及供应商（外协生产来料检验不良顾客反馈）质量问题的反馈跟踪；

负责供应商供货业绩的考核评价,对WORST供应商实施质量提升；

负责供方技术对标及变更管理，以及偏差放行单签署；

负责外协产品来料/现场/不良数据收集，统计分析及持续改进；

对供方提交的8D报告进行评审，PDCA改善；

制定供应商年度审核计划，实施定期审核，质量异常时，采用飞行审核等方式对供应商进行现场审核；

Qualifications 任职资格

学历：本科及以上（能力突出者大专学历亦可）；

专业：理工科/机械专业背景；

3年及以上汽车行业SQE工作经验；

熟知IATF16949及五大手册，掌握8D等质量分析工具；

熟悉注塑/焊接/喷漆/冲压/装配等零部件生产工艺；

具备良好的学习能力及沟通协调能力，能适应出差；

具备IATF16949审核证书/VDA6.3审核证书人员优先；

英语CET-4及以上。
