System Product Manager

工作职责：

1. Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities for system-level products.

制定系统级产品的产品愿景、路线图与优先级。

2. Build and manage the System Product team and establish PRD, review, and delivery processes.

搭建并管理系统产品团队，建立 PRD、需求评审与交付流程。

3. Gather requirements from business, risk, and compliance stakeholders and translate them into product requirements and acceptance criteria.

收集业务、风控、合规等需求，并转化为产品需求与验收标准。

4. Coordinate Engineering, AI, Data, and Operations teams to deliver on schedule.

协调 Engineering、AI、Data 与 Operations 团队按期交付。

任职资格：

1. 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in team management.

8 年以上产品管理经验，其中 3 年以上团队管理经验。

2. Experience in cloud services, platform, or B2B system products.

具备云服务、平台或 B2B 系统产品经验。

3. Strong PRD, product roadmap, and stakeholder management skills.

具备优秀的 PRD、产品路线图与利益相关方管理能力。

4. Data-driven decision-making and familiarity with agile delivery.

数据驱动决策，熟悉敏捷研发流程。

5. Proficiency in English and Chinese as working languages; English is required.

中英文均可作为工作语言，英语为必备项。

6. Experience in fintech, trade finance, or supply chain finance is preferred.

具备金融科技、贸易融资或供应链金融经验者优先。
