AI Manager AI算法经理

工作职责：

1. Define the AI/ML roadmap aligned with product and business goals.

制定 AI/ML 技术路线图，对齐产品与业务目标。

2. Lead model development, training, evaluation, launch, and iteration.

带领团队完成模型研发、训练、评估、上线与持续迭代。

3. Establish MLOps, model monitoring, and quality evaluation mechanisms.

建立 MLOps、模型监控与质量评估机制。

4. Manage and mentor AI/algorithm engineers and build the team.

管理并辅导 AI/算法工程师，推动团队建设。

5. Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering to define use cases and delivery standards.

与 Product、Data 和 Engineering 协作，明确应用场景与交付标准。

6. Report progress, resource needs, and risks to the CTO.

向 CTO 汇报技术进展、资源需求与关键风险。

任职资格：

1. 8+ years of AI/ML or algorithm experience, including 3+ years in people management.

8 年以上 AI/ML 或算法经验，其中 3 年以上团队管理经验。

2. Strong ML/DL fundamentals with depth in at least one of NLP, CV, recommendation, or LLM.

具备扎实的机器学习/深度学习基础，精通 NLP、CV、推荐或大模型等至少一个方向。

3. Experience in production deployment and MLOps.

具备模型生产化部署与 MLOps 经验。

4. Proven team hiring, development, and performance management skills.

具备团队招聘、培养与绩效管理能力。

5. Proficiency in English and Chinese as working languages; English is required.

中英文均可作为工作语言，英语为必备项。

6. Strong business understanding and cross-functional collaboration skills.

具备较强的业务理解与跨团队协作能力。

7. Experience in fintech risk, document OCR, fraud prevention, or LLM/RAG/Agent is preferred.

具备金融风控、贸易单据 OCR、反欺诈或 LLM/RAG/Agent 经验者优先。
