Customer Service Specialist

Job Responsibilities：

1. Obtain customer 6M forecast and analyze demand trend ( monthly , quarterly , yearly )

2. Make good relationship with customers in terms of logistics performance.

3. Handle customer claim regarding logistics accident.

4. Receiving orders from customers and inform related departments.

5. Coordinating with customer about order confirmation, shipping request etc.

6. Coordinating with other SGHSS teams (logistic, development, purchase, quality, production…) to fulfill Delivery, prototype delivery and return delivery.

7. Follow up the completion of orders until invoicing. (shipment arrangement, documents preparation, order & delivery processing in SAP, billing & invoicing)

8. Miscellaneous administration work.

9. Consignment stock discrepancy investigation support.

10. Support WCM leader to do WCM projects.

Job Requirements：

1. Bachelor degree in any field；

2. English: at least CET4 , written & oral is must；

3. Excellence in MS Office.

4. Some knowledge of EDI, ERP (SAP …) systems is an advantage

5. More than 3 years related experience
