Objective of the Position / 岗位目标
Manage product development, product manufacturing process optimization, product Application & research projects to support LS business. Ensure technical excellence. Meet internal and external customer needs.
管理产品开发，工艺改进、应用测试及研发项目，支持生命科学业务。确保研发项目的技术处于领先地位。满足内外部客户的需求。
Principal Accountabilities ( % of time, Responsibility)/ 主要职责
1. Manage R&D project from capturing the needs to initiation and deliver. Doing this in close collaboration with project team (application, marketing, CRL) and global LS R&D and business team.（50%）
管理研发项目，自获取需求、项目发起到项目交付。与项目团队（如市场，应用，CRL等）和全球生命科学研发团队和业务团队保持良好的协作沟通。
2. Technical support for local and global business.（30%）
为当地及全球生命科学业务提供技术支持
领导、管理新视野项目，为亚洲生命科学业务提供优质的项目管理和输出。
3. Strictly follow company EHS & 5S policies and regulations. Follow R&D personnel's individual EHS responsibilities listed in 'EHS Responsibilities Management Program'.(5%)
遵守公司EHS及5S的政策和规定。履行《环境、职业健康与安全职责管理程序》中研发人员的个人EHS职责。
4. Other tasks assigned by the superior （15%）
完成上级布置的其他任务。
Qualifications/ 任职要求
1. Master Degree or above, polymer, or inorganic material or material engineering related major.
硕士及以上学历，高分子材料工程，材料科学与工程及工程等相关专业
2. Has 3+ years of R&D project or technical management experience.
有3年以上研发/技术项目管理经验；
3. Candidates with experience in TPE, TPV, silicone rubber, filtration, life science, food & beverage, electronics and other related fields are preferred.
有热塑性弹性体（TPE）、热塑性硫化橡胶（TPV）、硅橡胶、过滤、生命科学、食品饮料、电子及其他相关领域经验者优先。
4. Ability to work collaboratively and indepently, with strong coordinating skill.
较强的协调沟通能力，可独立/合作完成工作
5. Diverse and demonstrated technical knowledge with strong risk management mindset
技术知识面广，有较强的风险管理意识
6. Working experiences in life sciences business is a plus.
生命科学相关经验者优先考虑。
7. Ability to collaborate and build consensus in multiple cultures, countries and time zones

8. Flexible and able to cope with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities to align teams to achieve customer and stakeholder needs
