Site Implementation Engineer Graduate

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full cycle of on-site implementation and project delivery for AMR automation logistics projects across Europe

• Assist the Project Manager in coordinating with customers, suppliers, installation teams, and internal teams including R&D, Product, and Software to ensure smooth project execution

• Track project plans and support the supervision of on-site installation, equipment commissioning, system integration, testing, and acceptance

• Assist in managing on-site construction quality, safety, and compliance with installation standards, while identifying and driving the resolution of on-site issues in a timely manner

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including construction records, acceptance documents, risk lists, and lessons learned

• Support on-site resource coordination, including personnel, equipment, materials, and external partners

• Contribute to the development of standardized project processes and continuously improve project delivery efficiency

• Be willing to travel across Europe based on project needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree graduate in Industrial Engineering & Management, Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, Automation Engineering, or a related field

• Strong interest in project management and automation system delivery

• Good organizational, coordination, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive issues to resolution

• Fluent in English as a working language; German language skills are preferred

• Able to adapt to business travel across Europe
