'- Identify and deliver competitive advantage in sourcing opportunities in RM categories for global markets. Delivery procurement saving and supplier development target.
- Provide local insight and support to procurement in sourcing origin like China, manage independently in identify and propose supplier with competitive advantages and best cost sourcing opportunities, and deliver landing result.
- Ensure compliance in sourcing process by following Nestle Global Procurement Standard Framework and other guidelines/policies.
- Develop and support implementatio of Category Sourcing Strategy.
- Support NPD, At-market team and other related parties in E2E sourcing process to implement project and support in problem solving.
- Achieve stakeholder satisfactory. Collect market insight on regular basis related to raw material categories, identify sourcing risks and develop contingency actions with related parties.
- Contribute in other global procurement cascaded objectives and initiatives.
1.Achieve best cost target along with right services
2.Develop and contribute in category strategy implementation the category's strategies, utilizing the Strategic Sourcing Process’ tools, templates and policies.
3.Supplier identification and development for commercial business relationship; Supplier performance monitoring, improvement and supplier relation sustain
4.Monitor and collect market insight in China on Raw Material categories and share with stakeholders and other related parties on regular basis
Identify and propose sourcing opporutnity for Best Cost and BCP development
Identify sourcing risks related to supply market, supplier, process, logistics, regulatory, etc., keep stakeholder informed
Develop and implement contingency plan and actions with related parties
5.Perform supply market analysis, category analysis, and supply risk analysis, and develop TCO understanding, as well as the map of how sourcing process and channels work within the category, and identify improvement opportunity
6.Ensure Compliance to Nestlé's Corporate Business Principles, policies, standards and Procurement Policy, Procurement Standardized Model, Nestlé Supplier Code, Best Practices, etc.
Requirements:
'- Over a sustained period (>5-8 years) has demonstrated success in delivering competitive advantage to the business through identification and development of suppliers for the spend category in charge
- Has demonstrated the ability to successfully lead projects
- Preferred to have over five years of experiences on raw material sourcing in FMCG business and supplier development, trouble shooting and quality management
- Has demonstrated successful use of TCO analysis, risk management, responsible sourcing and supplier relation management.
- Has successfully negotiated in cross functional and cross market teams
- Has demonstrated adding value in interacting with various internal and external parties, NPD, Suppliers, AG, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, etc.
- Has solid knowledge on Food industry raw materials
- Has successfully managed projects across different countries and regions
