岗位职责：
1.Conduct daily production operations and equipment maintenance.
日常的生产操作及设备维护；
2.Provide professional support for production operations, specifically in process improvement.
为生产运营提供专业支持：工艺改进；
3.Take the lead in formulating maintenance and improvement plans for the production area.
主导制定生产区域的维护与改善计划；
4.While ensuring product quality and factory operational efficiency, always guarantee, zero compromise on personnel health and safety, zero risk in product safety, compliance with environmental protection standards.

5.Continuously improve equipment maintenance efficiency, Identify and lead digital transformation and cost - optimization projects.
持续改进设备维护效能：发现并主导数字化改造、费用优化项目。
任职要求：
1.With more than 2 years of work experience in equipment management in the manufacturing industry.
2年以上制造业设备管理工作经验
2.A bachelor's degree or above, majoring in relevant fields such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automation, control, or mechatronics.
本科及以上学历， 电气、机械、自动化、控制、机电一体化相关专业
3.Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English.
英文读写说熟练
4.Possessing good communication skills.
