You will play a key role in promoting our premium health and nutrition solutions to healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and institutions. You will execute strategic sales plans, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the growth of our brand in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Execute field sales plans to achieve and exceed target
Identify new business opportunities and develop effective strategies to penetrate the market
Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support current and future business growth
Organize luncheon meetings with key customers and manage booth presence in private hospital
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to generate insights and prepare business plans for your cluster and accounts
Maintain accurate customer profiles and call reports
Ensure optimal utilization of product samples and promotional materials
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in science, preferably in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related discipline (candidates from other science backgrounds are welcome)
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and customer service – preferably in pharmaceutical, nutrition, or health science industries. Candidates with less experience may be considered as product specialist
Strong business analysis skills with excellent proficiency in MS Office
Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
Proven stable career history with consistent employment record
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in the field
