岗位描述
At Nestlé, we believe that nothing is more important than the safety of our people and the protection of our environment. We’re looking for a passionate, influential, and forward-thinking talent to champion our SH&E values and drive excellence across our site operations.
What You'll Do
Promote Nestlé SH&E values, inspire stakeholders, and foster a behavioral safety approach based on the Nestlé Leadership Framework
Identify SH&E priorities and risks, then create and implement a comprehensive site/unit SH&E strategy aligned with Market objectives and the overall site Operating & Management Plan (OMP)
Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Nestlé’s SH&E management systems (NSMS & NEMS) and ensure certification to ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management)
Train, coach, and support managers and team leaders so they take ownership of SH&E in their areas. Provide direct coaching to the Site/Unit Management Team
Build and develop internal SH&E networks (professionals, champions, and SMEs) and ensure robust succession planning for key positions
Act as the trusted SH&E advisor to management, coordinate internal and external resources (training, monitoring, assessments, etc.), and leverage tools like SHE-PM for performance analysis and decision-making
Ensure regular audits and performance reviews are conducted, with findings used to drive improvement. Share successes, lessons learned, and recognize strong contributors
Build positive relationships with external parties including regulators, unions, communities, and NGOs. Participate in external forums to benchmark and share best practices
Oversee compliance with Nestlé Security policies, provide security advice to management, and report to the Market Security Manager as required
Who We're Looking For
A track record of personally owning SH&E and driving meaningful change through influential leadership
Strong analytical skills with the ability to uncover root causes in complex situations
Demonstrated success in influencing behavioral change at all levels of an organization
Experience leading and working in cross-functional teams in operational or factory environments
The ability to translate global policies and standards into practical, effective action plans
Excellent coaching and people development skills across different environments and organizational levels
Prior line management or project leadership experience
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset — always anticipating risks and seeking better ways of working
Outstanding communication skills with the confidence to engage senior leaders and frontline teams alike
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
We, at all levels, are strongly committed to the Company, its development and its culture. We practice what we preach and give great importance to training and development of people. We offer excellent career development opportunities, attractive remuneration package, comprehensive fringe benefits and wellness programs to the right candidates.
We are an equal opportunity employer and committed to workforce diversity with opportunity for continuous development and growth to all employees.
