Regional Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities:

Manage end to end talent acquisition for given scope of businesses in North Region: Omni, Totole, NP, NPP.

Propose and execute the most suitable recruitment strategy, advising and acting on appropriate sourcing channels.

Proactively and constantly build networking to identify talents for critical positions.

Ensure appropriate record/reporting on recruitment activities.

Own or coordinate critical TA projects.

Counsel and guideline managers on the required soft skills for hiring, while collaborating with HR community.

Liaise with external/internal partners.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above

Experience working in the recruiting domain, ideally with a mix of recruitment agency and in house Talent Acquisition.

Proven understanding of talent acquisition drivers.

Record of accomplishment of successful recruiting at different levels, including direct sourcing methods for candidates for complex or hard to fill jobs.

Exposure to digital and social media as talent acquisition tools, talent acquisition networks, building internal databases, employee referral programs, etc.

Good communication and influencing skills. Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across functional and organizational lines.
