Job Responsibilities：
1.Based on the demand of customer(Nestle factories global wise) to provide services at speed of scouting, joint design, development and enabling with suppliers and after sales service meanwhile standardizing specification at optimal cost for production and supply chain technical solutions.
2.Scope: Global automation solution hub.
3.Year-1 focus: validate 3 standard solutions from 40+ opportunity funnel.
4.Outputs: standard solution packages + global technical support + supplier capability uplift.
Position Dimensions：
1.Academic: Bachelor degree or above in Automation/Electrical/Mechanical/Packaging engineering or equivalent.
2.Engineering: strong equipment specification, system integration and functional safety design; capable of standardization.
3.Project: participated/led design reviews, FAT/SAT and industrialization for CAPEX projects.
4.Factory: hands-on troubleshooting and CI; able to drive closure under pressure.
5.10+ years working experience is proposed.
