Technical Assistant Procurement Manager

1. Supplier sourcing(BCOS) for technical material in AI, humanoird, digitalization and filling and packing project, including AI detection, Humanoid inspection, AI agent and EOL.

2. Through the assessment of business needs and supplier resources in China's robotics, artificial intelligence (AI), and digital manufacturing sectors, new supplier development opportunities have been identified for Nestlé, particularly in the areas of digitalization and packaging automation solution.

3. Support Engineering (China) Hub to complete supplier audit by technical due diligence, FAT and SAT, etc

4. Support competitive bidding for BCOS project, includes the clarification of requirements and business terms, selecting suppliers by E-auction.

5. Saving registration in OSCAR

Key Outputs:

1)Complete supplier validation with global technical team in digitalization, AI,Huamnoid and Filling and packing category,

2)BCOS listed in PSL,

3) Creat success project in Digital twin, AI agent and intergreated in Nestle DMO system

4)BCOS project delivery on time,with success criterias, request clarification, proposal clarification, proposal evaludation, CBS, supplier awarding, saving registeration.

5) Achieve best cost target along with right services

6)Develop and contribute in category strategy implementation the category's strategies, utilizing the Strategic Sourcing Process’ tools, templates and policies.

7)Supplier identification and development for commercial business relationship; Supplier performance monitoring, improvement and supplier relation sustain

8)Perform supply market analysis, category analysis, and supply risk analysis, and develop TCO understanding, as well as the map of how sourcing process and channels work within the category, and identify improvement opportunity

Key Experience:

'- Business / Economy / Technology/ Engineering education background

- Must be familiar with the technical principles of intelligent equipment and have at least two years of sourcing and procurement experience in the fields of Digitalization, Humanoid Robotics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Agent.

- Food Engineering/ Food Science / Quality management education background is plus

- Procurement or supply chain education background is preferrable

- Familiar with filling and packaging equipment
