Key Outputs
Serve as a compensation partner to assigned business units, providing end-to-end compensation support aligned with business strategy. Deliver professional compensation advice for supported BUs, including job evaluation, compensation benchmarking, and pay recommendations for new hires, promotions, lateral moves, and special pay actions.
Actively participate in external compensation market surveys, and translate insights into actionable recommendations to support compensation and workforce planning decisions.
Partner closely with HRBP to provide comprehensive compensation support, ensuring consistent application of reward principles while addressing business-specific needs.
Support global compensation governance initiatives, including pay equity (Equal Pay), living wage, and other reward compliance programs, ensuring adherence to global standards, local regulations, and internal policies.
Participate in the design, implementation, and ongoing management of Mainland China benefits programs.
Support key benefit offerings including, but not limited to, supplementary medical insurance, long service awards, wellness and wellbeing programs, and other locally relevant benefit initiatives.
Contribute to benefits communication strategies, developing clear, engaging, and employee-centric communication materials to improve understanding, appreciation, and utilization of benefits programs.
Experiences
University Degree level education or equivalent.
Experience in different HR areas of at least 4-5 years’ experience in Human Resources (C&B experience is a must)
Hands-on experience in Benefits management is preferred
Strong knowledge of local employment law & labor regulations and fiscal aspects affecting total rewards.
Strong knowledge of key benefits areas.
Good interpersonal skills.
