As a HSU FU CHI Technical Management Trainee, you will gain comprehensive exposure to manufacturing operations, engineering, quality management, and continuous improvement. Through hands-on experience in factory rotations and real business challenges, you will develop technical expertise, operational excellence capabilities, and leadership potential while contributing to the production of one of China's most beloved confectionery brands.
What You Will Do
1. Rotate across key factory functions and production workshops, gaining comprehensive exposure to manufacturing processes, production technologies, and operational management practices.
2. Develop a solid understanding of end-to-end production operations, partnering with production and technical teams to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and support business performance.
3. Identify potential safety, quality, and operational risks, contributing to risk assessment, problem-solving, and the implementation of preventive and corrective actions.
4. Collaborate with production managers, engineers, and frontline teams to support continuous improvement initiatives, enhance process reliability, and drive operational excellence.
5. Participate in technical and operational projects, leveraging analytical thinking, engineering principles, data insights, and a continuous improvement mindset to improve productivity, product quality, and manufacturing effectiveness.

Requirements
1. Full-time graduates (2026 or 2027 graduates) with bachelor's degree or above in Food Science, Mechanical Automation, or related disciplines.
2. Good teamwork spirit and effective communication skills.
3. Fast learning ability, results-oriented working style, self-motivation, strong analytical and problem-solving ability, and leadership capability.
