As a HSU FU CHI Research & Development Management Trainee, you will gain comprehensive exposure to product innovation, consumer research, formulation design, and product development. Through hands-on experience in technical projects and cross-functional collaboration, you will help transform consumer needs and market trends into innovative products while building the capabilities needed for a future career in R&D and Innovation.
What You Will Do
1. Participate in the end-to-end development of new products, from concept generation and formulation design to commercialization and market launch.
2. Support product formulation and optimization projects, exploring new ingredients, technologies, and applications to enhance product quality, taste, nutrition, and consumer appeal.
3. Conduct sensory evaluations, product testing, and shelf-life studies, ensuring products consistently meet consumer expectations and quality standards.
4. Leverage consumer insights, market trends, and data analysis to identify innovation opportunities and support the development of consumer-centric products.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to product improvement, innovation, and technical projects that drive product competitiveness, support business growth, and create meaningful consumer value.

Requirements
1. Full-time graduates (2026 or 2027 graduates) with bachelor's degree or above. Preferred disciplines include Food Science and Engineering, Food Quality and Safety, Food Nutrition and Health, Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, Grain Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, Data Science, Big Data Technology, or related disciplines.
