Its product portfolio covers two major categories: solid compound flavor seasonings and liquid umami-enhancing seasonings, including multiple sub-brands and nearly 500 product specifications. As a Human Resources Management Trainee at Totole, you will embark on a 24-month accelerated development journey designed to fast-track your growth and prepare you for future leadership opportunities in Human Resources. Through intensive onboarding, frontline sales/factory experience, and structured rotations across key HR disciplines, you will gain valuable exposure to both business operations and people management while contributing to initiatives that drive business success.

2. Support talent management, learning & development, employee engagement, and HR business partnering initiatives.
3. Participate in people, culture, and organization development projects that drive business success.
4. Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams while building leadership capabilities and business acumen.

Requirements
We are looking for candidates who:
1. Hold a Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Psychology, or related disciplines, graduating in 2026 or 2027, or with 1 year or less of work experience.
2. Demonstrate strong learning agility, interpersonal sensitivity, and a passion for people and organizational development.
3. Possess strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
4. Have a proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset.
5. Are willing to be assigned to different locations.
6. Are fluent in both Chinese and English.
7. Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
