Its product portfolio covers two major categories: solid compound flavor seasonings and liquid umami-enhancing seasonings, including multiple sub-brands and nearly 500 product specifications. As a Supply Chain Management Trainee at Totole, you will embark on a 24-month accelerated development journey designed to accelerate your growth and prepare you for future leadership opportunities in Supply Chain. Through frontline sales and factory experience, structured rotations, and challenging business assignments, you will gain broad exposure across the end-to-end supply chain value chain while developing strong analytical, operational, and stakeholder management capabilities.
What You Will Do
1. Complete structured rotations across key Supply Chain functions through a personalized development roadmap.
2. Support supply chain planning, manufacturing, logistics, and operational excellence initiatives.
3. Participate in supply chain transformation, digitalization, and continuous improvement projects.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize end-to-end operations while building leadership capabilities and business acumen.

Requirements
We are looking for candidates who:
1. Hold a Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines, graduating in 2026 or 2027, or with 1 year or less of work experience.
2. Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, business curiosity, and a results-oriented mindset.
3. Have a solid understanding of finance and accounting fundamentals.
4. Are passionate about learning, adaptable to new challenges, and eager to accelerate their growth.
5. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
6. Are willing to be assigned to different locations.
7. Are fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
8. Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
