Supply Chain Management Trainee - Beijing

As a Supply Chain Management Trainee at Nestlé, you will gain end-to-end exposure to one of the FMCG industry's most complex supply chains. Through rotations across key supply chain functions, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on project experience, you will develop the expertise, business acumen, and leadership capabilities needed to become a future supply chain leader.

What You Will Do

1. Build a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations: Work with suppliers around the world to ensure responsibly sourced materials and support the safe, efficient, and timely movement of products from source to customer.

2. Participate in rotational assignments across key supply chain functions: Gain hands-on experience through placements in Procurement, Customer Service & Customer-Facing Supply Chain (CFSC), Demand & Supply Planning, and Physical Logistics, developing a holistic understanding of how Nestlé's supply chain operates.

3. Drive customer-focused supply chain excellence: Work closely with Sales teams and customer stakeholders to understand business requirements, improve service levels, and support initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.

4. Leverage digital capabilities and business insights: Gain exposure to advanced Supply Chain practices and collaborate with customers to understand the evolving supply chain landscape. Utilize data, analytics, and operational insights to identify improvement opportunities and support business decision-making.

5. Develop future supply chain leadership capabilities: Demonstrate ownership, learning agility, and a continuous improvement mindset through cross-functional collaboration, business projects, and operational initiatives that drive meaningful business impact.

Requirements

1. Full-time graduates (2026 or 2027 graduates) with bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related disciplines, with a specialization in optimization or statistical analysis.

2. Strong learning agility and project management capability.

3. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

4. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

5. Willingness to pursue long-term career development at Nestlé and flexibility to work across different cities and locations when required.
