As a HSU FU CHI Supply Chain Management Trainee, you will gain comprehensive exposure to the end-to-end supply chain ecosystem, developing a deep understanding of how products move from planning and production to customer delivery. Through hands-on experience across multiple supply chain functions and close collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will help drive operational excellence while building the capabilities needed to become a future supply chain leader.
What You Will Do
1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, gaining exposure to key supply chain functions including demand and supply planning, order management, logistics, customer service, and market supply operations.
2. Support supply chain planning and execution activities, helping ensure product availability, service excellence, and efficient order fulfillment across the business.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics teams to drive seamless end-to-end operations and business continuity.
4. Analyze supply chain data and operational performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, service levels, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.
5. Participate in supply chain improvement projects and strategic initiatives, contributing to process optimization, operational excellence, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Requirements
1. Full-time graduates (2026 or 2027 graduates) with bachelor's degree
2. Clear logical thinking and willingness to continuously pursue excellence.

5. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
