As a HSU FU CHI Finance & Control Management Trainee, you will gain comprehensive exposure across key finance functions and develop a deep understanding of how finance drives business performance. Through structured rotations, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on project experience, you will build strong financial expertise, business acumen, and strategic thinking capabilities while contributing to the sustainable growth of the organization.
What You Will Do
1. Rotate across key Finance & Control functions, gaining exposure to Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance, Cost Management, Financial Control, and Business Partnering.
2. Develop a solid understanding of business operations through Head Office and field rotations, building insights into market dynamics, commercial operations, and financial management practices across different business units.
3. Support financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities, providing insights that drive fact-based decision-making and business performance improvement.
4. Participate in cost management and productivity initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and financial effectiveness.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage financial data and performance insights to support budgeting, forecasting, business planning, strategic projects, and sustainable value creation.

Requirements
1. Full-time graduates (2026 or 2027 graduates) with bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
2. Strong teamwork spirit and efficient communication skills.
