As a HSU FU CHI HR Management Trainee, you will gain comprehensive exposure across key HR functions and develop a holistic understanding of people, organization, and business. Through structured rotations, hands-on project experience, and close partnership with business leaders, you will build the capabilities needed to become a strategic HR professional and future people leader.
What You Will Do
1.Develop a strong understanding of HSU FU CHI's people strategy and HR practices, building expertise in core HR processes and contributing to key talent initiatives.
2. Partner closely with business teams to understand organizational priorities and talent needs, supporting the development and implementation of people solutions that drive business success.
3. Participate in HR projects and initiatives related to employer branding, talent development, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and culture building.
4. Leverage stakeholder management, consulting skills, people insights, and HR analytics to support decision-making, improve employee experience, and enhance organizational effectiveness.

Requirements
1. Full-time graduates (2026 or 2027 graduates) with bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources or related disciplines.
2. Solid Human Resources foundation.
3. Excellent communication, coordination, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
4. Innovative, adaptable to change, results-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
5. Willingness to continuously learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
