工作内容
Position Overview
As a Senior Digital Sport Leader, you will act as the entrepreneur of your assigned sports domain, securing operational basics of DtC channel, owning business accountability and spearheading long-term growth strategy.
Core Responsibilities
1, Leadership of Sports Business Plan
-Develop and execute a yearly sports business plan based upon consumer insights(Sell to whom), build portfolio strategy with insights of sports users and knowledge of sports offers(What to sell), to identify owned platform whitespace opportunities and synthesize commercial animation together with merchandising and commercial team(How to sell);
2, Business Intelligence & Commercial Agility
-Monitor emerging sport trends, macroeconomic factors, and DTC platform innovations, translating insights into actionable category pivots.
-Analyze business results in weekly basics to react on sales trends with concrete and effective action plans. Adjust assortments and resources to capitalize on demand spikes;
-Organize and join online commercial events(national/online shopping carnivals) including seasonal products proposal, campaign page design and related content preparation.
3, Overview of Sports Fundamental Operation
-Ensure operational basics for assigned sports with accurate product information while enriching product content to increase conversion rates.
-Collaborate with traffic and commercial leaders to secure both private and public traffic resources of the hero products, and maximize their exposure.
-Drive organic search dominance through product label management and semantic search strategy tailored to sports enthusiasts' intention.
-Provide accurate and update in real time the demand for hero product supply, ensure stock availability for essential products;
4, User Experience Excellency
-Partner with digital teams to reinvent category journeys, implementing innovative features like digital how to choose to help sports users with their shopping experience;
-Contribute to DTC e-commerce platform features request and user acceptance tests;
-Handle customer complaints with customer service team on regular basis.

-Store leader with 5+ years retail experience;
-Influence without authority with cross functional team;
-Sports lover with the obsession of the sports industry;
-Fluency in English, comfortable in an English working environment;
-At ease with IT Technologies & architecture;
