工作内容
1. Market and User Research: Assist the product team in conducting market and user research, gathering and analyzing user needs, competitor products, and market trends.
2. Product Design: Participate in the design and optimization of product features under the guidance of product team leaders or senior product owners, and help in drafting product requirement documents (PRDs).
3. Data Analysis: Use basic data analysis tools (such as Sensors Tracking, Excel, SQL, etc.) to collect and analyze product data, supporting product decisions.
4. Project Management: Assist in tracking product development progress, maintain communication with design, development, and testing teams, and ensure timely product delivery.
5. User Feedback: Help collect and organize user feedback, and participate in proposing suggestions for product iterations and improvements.
6. Cross-department Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, such as marketing, ec, and digital, to ensure the smooth launch and promotion of products.
任职条件
1. Education: Any major is welcome, but students in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, Business Management, or related fields are preferred.
2. AI Skills (Core Requirement): Genuinely embed AI tools into your workflow, including prompt engineering, AI-assisted documentation, AI-augmented data analysis, and AI productivity tools.
3. Learning Ability: A strong interest in product management, with a proactive attitude toward learning and exploring new knowledge.
4. Communication Skills: Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey ideas and suggestions clearly. Fluent in English.
5. Analytical Skills: Basic data analysis abilities, capable of extracting useful information from data to support product decisions.
6. Teamwork: Strong team spirit and willingness to collaborate with colleagues from different departments to drive project progress.
7. Software Skills: Familiarity with common office software like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and basic experience with product management tools (such as JIRA, Trello, etc.) is a plus.
8. Experience & Availability: Prior internship experience is a plus, and availability for 3-4 days of onsite work per week is preferred
