迪卡侬-AI(Agent Skills/Workflow Optimization) Intern

工作内容
1. Workflow Orchestration
Build & maintain AI automation pipelines using low-code platforms (e.g., Alibaba Bailian, Dify). Integrate REST APIs from various supply systems or internal database.

2. Skills Engineering & Version Control
Write, test, and manage diverse skills for supply chain scenarios (e.g. performance analysis, demand forecast, procurement management, inventory management…). Maintain a “prompt-output-quality” benchmark database.

3. Data Analytics & Performance Tracking
Clean, structure, and analyze AI output data. Design & track KPIs (accuracy, latency, cost per asset, availability rate). Generate weekly optimization reports & dashboards.

4. Documentation & SOP Creation
Write functional and technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and AI usage SOPs. Conduct knowledge-sharing/training sessions for cross-functional teams.

任职条件
1. Currently pursuing Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.

2. Familiar with Python & SQL for data processing, automation scripting, and API testing.

3. Familiar with low-code workflow tools (Bailian, Coze, n8n, Make, etc.) and basic REST API concepts.

4. Strong understanding of LLM principles, prompt engineering frameworks, and structured output design (JSON/XML).

5. Having built a personal agent in practices is a plus.

6. Experienced in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Excel Advanced) and metric design.

7. Highly analytical, detail-oriented, with strong cross-functional communication skills.

8. Fluent in Chinese & English (written & spoken) for technical documentation & vendor coordination.
