Assist in executing China ecosystem partnership strategies to achieve Business Banking's strategic priorities Assist in partnership engagements, pitches, deal negotiations and related industry analysis to achieve the China partnership strategy in focused sectors Manage partners and internal stakeholders with an agile approach to ensure excellent delivery Coordinate partnership meetings to ensure strategic objectives are achieved and maintained. Responsible for managing partnership risk/ conflict of interests associated with partner selection, contractual relationship and partnership operating model Collaborate with internal stakeholders from Global/ Product teams to deliver joint-up propositions Proven experience in executing strategic partnership opportunities Knowledge of the local Fin-techs/ Banks' digital innovation trend and competition in China Relationship/stakeholder management and influencing skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both mandarin Chinese and English with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels. Commercial banking frontline / Fin-tech working experience in China is an advantage for this role Be curious - Whilst fintech and technology innovation experience is advantageous, an inquisitive and curious mind-set around banking technology and the changing external fintech landscape is a must Demonstrate a focus on execution - components of this role will be new to HSBC and the industry, and a successful candidate will need to influence others with a desire 'to get things done' by key deadlines Project management/ strategy experience is an advantage but not essential You'll achieve more at HSBC.
