系统化课程 Structured Curriculum
围绕生物药从工艺开发、技术转移、GMP生产到商业化供应的全生命周期，构建“技术 + 运营 + 项目管理 + 客户沟通”四位一体培养体系。
Build an integrated “technical + operations + project management + client communication” curriculum covering the biologics lifecycle from process development, technology transfer, GMP manufacturing to commercial supply.
课程包括CMC生命周期、技术转移管理、GMP生产运营、偏差/变更/CAPA基础、项目管理、风险管理和跨文化沟通。
Training modules include CMC lifecycle, technology transfer management, GMP manufacturing operations, deviation/change/CAPA fundamentals, project management, risk management, and cross-cultural communication.
双导师制 Dual-Mentor System
设置轮岗导师（轮岗部门高级管理人员）和项目教练（资深生产项目经理），提供技术学习、项目实践及职业发展指导。
Assign a rotation mentor (senior leader from each rotation function) and a project coach (experienced Manufacturing Project Manager) to provide technical, project, and career development guidance.
跨职能轮岗计划 Rotational Development Program
参与18-24个月跨职能轮岗，覆盖上游工艺开发、下游工艺开发、制剂开发、上游生产、下游生产、制剂生产及GMFG-PDD项目管理等关键部门。
Participate in an 18–24 month cross-functional rotation program covering USP Process Development, DSP Process Development, Formulation Development, USP Manufacturing, DSP Manufacturing, Drug Product Manufacturing, and GMFG-PDD project management.
通过“研发输入理解—生产执行实践—项目管理整合”的路径，建立端到端项目管理视角。
Build an end-to-end project management perspective through the path of “development input understanding – manufacturing execution practice – project management integration.”
挑战性项目与领导力发展 Challenging Assignments & Leadership Development
在培养期内承担NPI、技术转移、生产准备、流程改善或跨区域项目子模块负责人职责，形成可衡量业务成果。
Take ownership of NPI, technology transfer, manufacturing readiness, process improvement, or cross-regional project workstreams during the program and deliver measurable business outcomes.
定期开展培养评估，依据轮岗表现、项目交付、沟通影响力、合规意识和领导力潜力动态调整发展路径。
Conduct regular development assessments and dynamically adjust development paths based on rotation performance, project delivery, communication influence, compliance mindset, and leadership potential.

二、出站后岗位职责 / Post-program Job Responsibility
1. 全球生产项目管理 Global Manufacturing Project Management
负责项目从生产策略输入、技术转移、生产准备到生产执行的端到端项目协调与推进。
Lead end-to-end project coordination from manufacturing strategy input, technology transfer, manufacturing readiness to production execution for NPI projects.
建立项目计划、关键路径、风险清单和沟通机制，推动项目按计划、高质量交付。
Develop project plans, critical paths, risk registers, and communication mechanisms to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
2. 技术转移与生产准备统筹 Technology Transfer & Manufacturing Readiness Leadership
统筹技术转移活动，包括差距分析、工艺讨论、文件准备、生产物料/设备/培训准备及跨部门行动项关闭。
Lead technology transfer activities, including gap analysis, process discussions, document preparation, material/equipment/training readiness, and cross-functional action closure.
从CMC生命周期视角识别生产项目关键风险，并推动预防性解决方案。
Identify key manufacturing project risks from a CMC lifecycle perspective and drive preventive solutions.
3. 客户沟通与全球项目协作 Client Communication & Global Project Collaboration
独立支持国际客户会议、PIP和项目汇报，清晰传递生产进展、风险和解决方案。
Independently support international client meetings, PIP activities, and project updates by communicating manufacturing progress, risks, and solutions clearly.
与美国、新加坡及亚太生产网络相关团队开展跨区域协作，推动项目资源与交付路径协同。
Collaborate with teams across the U.S., Singapore, and APAC manufacturing network to align project resources and delivery pathways.
4. 偏差、变更、CAPA及监管发现项协调 Deviation, Change, CAPA & Regulatory Observation Coordination
跟踪并协调项目生产过程中产生的偏差、变更控制、CAPA及监管发现项反馈。
Track and coordinate deviations, change controls, CAPAs, and regulatory observation responses arising during project manufacturing.
推动问题根因分析、行动闭环及经验复盘，促进生产项目管理体系持续优化。
Drive root cause analysis, action closure, and lessons learned to continuously improve the manufacturing project management system.
5. 项目复盘与持续改善 Project Retrospective & Continuous Improvement
主导PD/MFG技术交流和生产项目总结，沉淀最佳实践并推动流程标准化。
Lead PD/MFG technical exchanges and manufacturing project retrospectives to capture best practices and promote process standardization.
承担跨职能改善项目，提升NPI、技术转移和生产准备效率。
Take ownership of cross-functional improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency in NPI, technology transfer, and manufacturing readiness.
三、任职要求 / Job Requirements
学历与专业 Education & Major
硕士及以上学历；生物工程、生物技术、药学、制药工程、化学工程、生物制药等相关专业。
Master’s degree or above, in Biotechnology, Biology, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biopharmaceuticals, or related disciplines.
优秀本科毕业生如具备突出的科研、实习、项目管理或领导力经历亦可考虑。
Outstanding bachelor’s graduates may also be considered if they demonstrate strong research, internship, project management, or leadership experience.
英语能力 English Proficiency
具备优秀的英语听、说、读、写能力，能够独立阅读英文技术/法规资料、撰写英文项目报告，并参与国际客户会议及跨区域项目沟通。
Excellent English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing; able to independently read English technical/regulatory documents, prepare English project reports, and participate in international client meetings and cross-regional project communications.
