Software Engineer (Fresh Master Graduate – Campus
Hire, 2027)
Job Summary
We welcome outstanding fresh master graduates to join our Biologics Manufacturing &
Technical Development digital team. We provide one-on-one mentor coaching, systematic
training covering biomanufacturing workflows, cGMP regulations, industrial software
standards and digital tool stacks.
You will participate in the full lifecycle development of compliant digital systems supporting
biologics production, QC, batch data management and lighthouse unmanned factories.
Working alongside process scientists, QA/QC and manufacturing teams, you will apply full
stack software development, data analytics, AI/ML and cloud technologies to build
lightweight digital tools under guidance. You will support automation upgrade, data
transparency and continuous optimization for 24/7 unmanned lighthouse production lines,
and grow into a professional digital engineer focusing on biomanufacturing intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Under mentor guidance, participate in full-stack design, front-end & back-end
coding, unit testing and auxiliary deployment of internal software tools for process
monitoring, data collection, batch record management and lighthouse factory
visualization; assist seniors to align all deliverables with cGMP and data integrity
standards.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, sort and organize business
requirements; convert clarified demands into implementable front-end and back
end technical plans reviewed by senior engineers.
3. Assist in building lightweight data pipelines, interactive front-end dashboards and
standardized reporting modules for manufacturing data; support real-time data
viewing and analysis for automated lighthouse production lines.
4. Take part in lightweight AI/ML module development including process modeling,
equipment anomaly detection and predictive analytics; complete data cleaning,
feature engineering, model training and result visualization on front-end platforms
for biomanufacturing scenarios.
5. Participate in development and functional testing of cloud-native full-stack
lightweight applications for manufacturing data storage, remote monitoring and
hybrid cloud data access of lighthouse factories.
6. Support evaluation, PoC verification and docking testing of AI, cloud and
automation tools; assist front-end & back-end integration with existing MES, LIMS
and SCADA systems.
7. Learn FDA & EMA regulatory requirements; assist seniors in drafting
development records, test protocols and auxiliary documents for software
validation and audit preparation.
8. Collect and sort daily fault logs of full-stack digital systems; assist root cause
analysis and verification of front-end/back-end troubleshooting solutions to
minimize manufacturing interruption.
9. Participate in software version control, full-stack interface change record filing
and document sorting to meet GMP audit standards.
10. Conduct technical research on emerging digital technologies (AI/ML, cloud,
industrial automation, full-stack frameworks); deliver internal research reports and
small full-stack demo prototypes for team reference.
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements
1. Fresh master’s graduate within 1 year of graduation, major in Computer Science,
Software Engineering, Automation, Control Engineering, Data Science or other
related quantitative disciplines.
2. Solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, computer networks and
software engineering development workflow; capable of independent small full
stack program development via graduation projects or internships.
3. Proficient in at least one mainstream back-end development language (Python /
Java / C++); have hands-on front-end development experience with mainstream
frameworks (Vue / React / Angular), proficient with SQL/NoSQL database design
and basic scripting automation.
4. Basic hands-on experience with mainstream ML frameworks (PyTorch / scikit
learn / TensorFlow), able to finish standard data analysis and modeling tasks
independently.
5. Strong logical thinking, active learning ability and good written documentation
skills; willing to systematically learn biopharma manufacturing processes and
GMP compliance knowledge.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork spirit; accept mentor-guided working
mode with long-term career intention in biomanufacturing digitalization.
Preferred Qualifications (Not mandatory, bonus for candidates with relevant
project/internship experience)
1. Internship or graduation project experience in pharmaceutical/biologics
manufacturing, industrial automation, MES/LIMS/SCADA related full-stack
software development.
2. Practical experience with cloud platforms (Tencent Cloud / GCP / AWS), Docker
containerization and data visualization front-end frameworks.
3. Project experience on industrial time-series data analysis, equipment predictive
maintenance or production process optimization based on machine learning, with
complete front-end & back-end delivery.
4. Basic understanding of biomanufacturing workflows, industrial communication
protocols (OPC UA / Modbus) or GMP data integrity rules.
5. Experience drafting test specifications, validation documents or standardized full
stack development records during internships or school projects.
6. Hands-on experience with small-scale full-stack automation or unmanned factory
digital tool development.
