1、与研发团队的专家合作，参与项目需求分析，定义电器模组和功能的需求与规格。
2、根据电器模组和功能的需求与规格，完成概念和架构设计。
3、负责自研电器模组和功能的开发、验证、CIP等。
4、对于外购模组，负责技术层面与供应商的讨论、评估、验证等，和供应商合作解决技术问题。
5、参与系统集成，负责系统级相关模组功能和性能验证，并负责解决相关技术问题。
6、负责相关电器模组和功能的技术蓝图指定，提出具体技术计划并执行。
7、与生产单位合作以达成模组量产与测试，并协助解决量产过程中产生的各种问题。
8、协助现场客服工程师解决客户端遭遇的技术问题。
1. Compile project requirements and define module functionality and performance.
2. Deliver concept and architecture design per requirements.
3. Module or sub-system development, validation, CIP, etc.
4. For outsourced module, define technical specs/requirements and validation methods. Work with supplier to resolve issues, per need.
5. Involve module integration and validation on system, resolve issues per need.
6. Define roadmap of module/function. Define and execute technical plan.
7. Industrialize module and enable factory to fabricate modules. Resolve issues per need.
8. Support TPS/CS to resolve issues at customer side, may need travel onsite.
1. 研究生及以上学历。
2. 学科：电子工程，自动化，精密仪器等相关工程学科。
3. 高速宽带小信号电路设计经验，熟悉信号完整性和EMI/EMC电磁兼容设计准则并能解决相关性能问题。
4. 熟练使用相关电路设计和仿真工具，如OrCAD，AD, LT-SPICE/TINA/PSPICE，etc.
5. 强烈的责任心，工作积极主动、执行力强，具有良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神、具有独立分析和解决综合问题的能力。
6. 具良好的动手能力，熟悉各种电子相关测试仪器，如示波器、信号发生器、频谱分析仪、高精密源表，等等。
7. 出差比例：<15%
1. Master degree and above.
2. Major: Electronics Engineering, Automation, Precise Instrument, etc.
3. Familiar with High Speed and Mixed Signal circuit design. Strong experience on signal integrity, power integrity, EMI/EMC.
4. Familiar with related circuit design and simulation tools: OrCAD, PADS, AD, LT-SPICE/TINA/PSPICE, etc.
5. Strong ownership, Self-motivated. Effective comminicator, team work. Capable to analyze and resolve cross-discipline and cross-team issues.
6. Strong hands-on capability, familiar with related instruments, e.g. Oscilloscope, Signal Generator, Logic Analyzer, SMU, etc.
