Position Summary
The Business Technology Solutions (BTS) team is seeking a highly motivated and innovative AI Enablement Intern to support digital transformation and AI adoption initiatives across Commercial, Finance, and Operations functions.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with Enterprise AI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and Generative AI solutions, while working alongside business and technology leaders on strategic initiatives that drive productivity, analytics, automation, and knowledge management.
The successful candidate will contribute to AI enablement programs, data analytics projects, process automation initiatives, and the development of scalable digital solutions that create measurable business value. The role aligns with ongoing AI enablement, analytics, dashboard, and knowledge standardization initiatives within BTS.
Key Responsibilities
AI Enablement & Digital Innovation
Support the adoption and effective use of Microsoft Copilot and Generative AI technologies across business teams.
Develop and maintain AI prompt libraries, best practices, user guidance, and training materials.
Assist in identifying, evaluating, and documenting AI use cases and business impact opportunities.
Participate in AI pilot projects, proof-of-concepts, and innovation initiatives.
Data Analytics & Business Insights
Analyze business data using AI-enabled tools and analytics platforms.
Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making.
Assist in automating recurring reporting and analysis activities.
Support data preparation, validation, and quality review processes.
Knowledge Management
Organize and maintain knowledge repositories and digital assets.
Convert business knowledge into reusable and structured AI-enabled content.
Support the development of playbooks, process documentation, and operational guidelines.
Assist in creating reusable templates and productivity solutions.
Project & Stakeholder Support
Support project coordination activities including meeting preparation, action item tracking, and status reporting.
Prepare presentations, executive summaries, and communication materials.
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders across functions and regions.
Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
Computer Science
Information Systems
Data Science
Business Analytics
Engineering
Information Technology
Related disciplines
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong learning agility and interest in emerging technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using Generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, SQL, or Python.
Experience creating dashboards, reports, automation solutions, or data visualizations.
Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI workflows, or digital transformation initiatives.
Previous internship, project, or academic experience related to analytics, automation, or AI technologies.
