Job Overview:

Data Statistical Science Intern aims to nurture early-career quantitative talents through immersive, hands-on internship experiences. Apprentices collaborate with seasoned experts, gaining practical exposure to regulatory support and innovative projects in drug development. This role offers the opportunity to engage in real-world clinical trial and submission tasks, deepen understanding of clinical development, local and global regulatory requirements, and may contribute to innovation in statistics, data structure optimization, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Support – China CTA/NDA Readiness

· Assist in proofreading, quality control, and selection of outputs for regulatory submission documents (e.g., tables, figures and listings (TFLs), statistical appendices, listings).

· Proactively study relevant guidelines (ICH, FDA, EMA, CDE/CMDE) to build regulatory knowledge.

· Support literature reviews and indication landscape analyses for assigned therapeutic areas under supervision.

Innovation Exposure

· Develop and pilot basic applications or R/Shiny prototypes under mentorship.

· Participate in the creation of end-of-program innovation deliverables (e.g., summary notes, code snippets, live demos).

· With opportunity to contribute to pilot projects leveraging AI-driven tools and automation, including literature summaries and tool development support for the Statistical Sciences team.

Other Responsibilities

· Support statistical analyses, simulations, and methodology development alongside mentors.

· Assist in preparing statistical guidance documents and external publications.

Qualifications:

· Full-time postgraduate students (Master’s or PhD) in statistics, biostatistics, data science, mathematics, computer science, or related quantitative disciplines.

· Demonstrated analytical thinking, enthusiasm for clinical development, and adaptability for interdisciplinary learning.

· Prior experience with advanced statistical computing and simulation is preferred.

· Strong oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.

· Effective teamwork, willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset

150 CNY/day. Attendance of approximately 3 days per week is preferred, with flexibility in working days and hours.

Key Responsibilities:

监管支持 – 中国CTA/NDA申报准备

· 协助翻译校对、质量检查及监管申报文件（如表格、图形和列表 (TFLs)、统计附录、表格清单等）的整理。

· 主动学习相关监管指南（如ICH、FDA、EMA、CDE/CMDE），提升法规知识。

· 在指导下，支持所负责治疗领域的文献调研和临床适应症市场竞品分析与汇总。

创新实践

· 在指导下开发并试验基础应用或R/Shiny原型程序。

· 参与结项创新成果的产出（如总结报告、代码片段、线上演示等）。

· 有机会参与支持基于人工智能驱动的工具及自动化试点项目，包括文献总结及为统计科学团队进行工具开发支持。

其他职责

· 在指导下协助完成统计分析、模拟及方法学开发。

· 协助统计相关指导文件及外部出版物的准备工作。

Qualifications:

· 全日制在读研究生（硕士/博士），统计、生物统计、数据科学、数学、计算机科学或相关定量领域。

· 具备分析思维，对临床开发有兴趣，乐于跨领域学习。

· 有统计计算及模拟经验者优先。

· 具备良好中英文口头及书面沟通能力。

· 具有团队合作精神、学习意愿及协作能力。

· 实习薪资150元/天，每周出勤2-3天
