shipping manager-PM

1. 支持项目管理部的运送工作，包含项目过程中样品的进出口运送和国内运送、内外部培训指导、SAP下单工作等；

support the shipping work for PM

department, including import & export shipping, domestic shipping, internal

and external training & guiding, SAP Sale order, etc.

2. 需熟悉生物样品的进出口和保税区政策，与客户、进出口和各业务部门对接，持续优化样品运送流程；

Need be familiar with shipping policies,

coordinate with Overseas Client, I/E Department and business departments, and

continuously optimize shipping process.

3. 定期梳理样品运送数据，持续提高效率；

Regularly analysis the shipping data,

continuously improve the efficiency.

4. 上级安排的其他工作任务；

Other tasks assigned by the superior.

任职条件：

1.

本科以上学历，医药、生物、化学等相关专业，优先进出口专业(生物方向)以及国际经济与贸易等专业；

Bachelor’s degree or above,

major in medical, biology, chemistry, etc; I/E (biological direction) and

international economy and trade is preferred;

2.

五年以上相关工作经验；有运营及进出口背景工作经验优先；特别倾向于有进出口样品运送的相关工作经验；

More than five years of

relevant working experience; working experience in operation and import & export is preferred, especially in

import and export sample shipping.

3.

具有管理经验，有团队管理的能力；

Have management experience

and team management ability.

4.

具有优秀的英文书写和口语表达能力；

Excellent written and spoken

English skills.

5.

良好的协调沟通能力及分析解决问题能力；逻辑性强，擅于思考，遇事具备果断的判断力和决策能力；

Good coordination,

communication, and problem-solving ability; strong logic, good at thinking,

decisive judgment, and decision-making ability.
