岗位职责：
1.推动精益生产体系Promote the Lean Manufacturing Framework: 统筹及支持推进GMFG精益项目，识别并消除流程中的浪费（如过度生产、等待时间、运输浪费等），通过5S、价值流分析（VSM）、持续改进（Kaizen）等精益工具持续优化生产流程。 Promote Lean Manufacturing project initiatives, identify and eliminate waste (e.g., overproduction, waiting time, transportation waste) in processes. Continuously optimize the workflows using tools like 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Kaizen etc.
2.数据分析与改进 Data Monitor and Analysis to Drive Process Improvement: 收集并监控生产及运营相关数据，分析效率瓶颈，推进改进方案的制定。确保改进措施落地，比如使用PDCA（计划-执行-检查-调整）循环等。 Collect and analyze manufacturing and operations related data to identify efficiency bottlenecks and propose solutions. Ensure implement improvements through applying PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycles.
3.跨部门协作、标准化与持续优化 Cross-functional Team Collaboration, Standardization and Sustained Optimization: 3.1）协调跨部门（QA/QC/GSO等）协作以优化运营效率，包括设备、物料、文件、质量，EHS，采购等。 3.2）建立、整合及优化GMFG相关流程；制定标准化作业流程或工作指南，确保最佳实践固定化且可复制。 3.3）定期评估改进效果，持续迭代优化。 3.1）Coordinate cross function (QA/QC/GSO etc.) collaboration to optimize operation efficiency, including Equipment, Materials, Document, Quality, EHS, Sourcing, etc. 3.2）Establish, consolidate and optimize operation process of GMFG. Develop standard operating procedures/workflows or work instruction (SOPs/WIs) to ensure best practices to be fixed and replicable. 3.3）Continuously evaluate and refine improvement outcomes.
4.支持精益培训及文化建设 Support Lean Training & Cultivate Lean Cultural: 与生产、质量、工程等团队合作，推动精益文化。组织精益工具培训，提升团队精益意识与技能。 Collaborate with MFG, quality, and engineering teams to foster a Lean culture. Conduct training on Lean tool, to enhance Lean awareness, skills and capabilities with the team.
5.按需支持Working Group & Task Force工作, 及部门其他相关工作。 5. Provide the support needed for Working Group & Task Force work, and other department work.
