工作概要 Summary

依据公司供应商开发管理流程，协助完成外购零件的开发与质量确认工作，支持供应商质量问题的识别与解决，确保外购件质量满足公司要求。

Support the development and quality confirmation of purchased parts based on company supplier development process. Assist in identifying and resolving supplier quality issues to ensure purchased parts meet company requirements.

主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1. 协助技术和采购团队完成外购件的初步可行性评估，识别潜在质量风险。

Support Engineering and Purchasing in initial feasibility analysis of purchased parts and identify potential quality risks.

2. 跟踪供应商开发进度，协助执行APQP流程，确保关键质量节点按时完成。

Track supplier development progress and assist in executing APQP process to ensure timely completion of key quality milestones.

3. 协助处理供应商开发过程中的质量问题，参与问题分析与改善措施的制定。

Assist in resolving quality issues during supplier development, participate in problem analysis and corrective action planning.

4. 协助完成外购件的PPAP文件准备与提交，确保符合公司要求。

Support PPAP documentation preparation and submission for purchased parts to meet company requirements.

5. 参与供应商现场审核与评估，收集审核数据并协助编制审核报告。

Participate in supplier audits and evaluations, collect audit data and assist in report preparation.

6. 支持量产阶段的供应商质量问题处理，协助问题跟踪与闭环。

Support supplier quality issue handling during mass production, assist in issue tracking and closure.

7. 协助进行供应商开发过程的绩效数据收集与分析，支持持续改进。

Assist in collecting and analyzing supplier performance data during development phase to support continuous improvement.

8. 完成上级领导交办的其他任务。

Complete other tasks assigned by line leader.

学历&经验Education & Experience：

1. 本科及以上学历，理工类专业优先

Bachelor degree or equivalent, major in Engineering or other related.

2. 5以上汽车行业供应商质量管理相关经验,其中至少3年是冲压以及压铸相关零件At least 5 years of experience in supplier quality management in the automotive industry, at least 3 years of experience in stamping and die-casting.

技能Skills:

1. 熟悉汽车行业产品开发流程，具备注塑件、冲压件、压铸件等关键零件知识

Familiar with automotive product development process and key component knowledge

2. 掌握IATF 16949、VDA 6.3体系知识，能使用质量工具如FMEA、APQP、PPAP、SPC、MSA等

Good command of quality systems and tools such as FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA

3. 熟悉客户质量要求及供应商管理流程

Familiar with customer quality requirements and supplier management processes

4. 具备8D问题解决能力与质量审核经验

Proficient in 8D problem solving and quality auditing

5. 良好的沟通协调能力，具备团队合作精神

Strong communication and coordination skills, with team spirit

6. 英语读写能力良好

Good English reading and writing skills
