Key Responsibilities:
Build deep, trust-based partnerships with the leaders of assigned departments; develop a thorough understanding of business strategy, operational pain points, and organizational challenges, and proactively deliver HR solutions.
Participate in business operation meetings, providing professional input from an organizational and talent perspective to support key business decisions.
Organize talent reviews (e.g., 9-Box assessment), build talent pipelines, and establish succession plans for critical roles.
Enabling dynamic workforce productivity (people efficiency) management.
Drive the full-cycle implementation of performance management, and participate in the design, communication, and calibration of compensation and incentive programs.
Focus on the development and promotion of core talent; design and implement retention and development programs for key talent.
Manage employee relations risks; handle complex employee communications and labor disputes in a professional and timely manner.
Lead the implementation of Anta Group's key HR initiatives (performance management system, compensation projects, organizational transformation, digital HR, etc.) within assigned scope.
Collaborate closely with specialist functions including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and SSC to continuously optimize processes and enhance HR service efficiency and experience.
Key Competencies/Attributes
Must Have:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management or related fields.
8+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years as an independent HR Business Partner, with a holistic HR perspective.
Solid knowledge of organizational development, talent review, performance management, and employee relations, with proven experience in delivering end-to-end projects.
Strong business acumen, structured thinking, and the ability to design HR solutions.
Excellent communication and influencing skills; skilled at building trust, managing expectations, and handling complex issues with composure.
Data-driven mindset, able to use data insights to identify and improve organizational and talent issues.
Nice to Have:
Experience in the retail, apparel, or consumer goods industries is required; experience in the sports/outdoor industry is preferred.
Proficiency in English as a working language, enabling effective communication with German and other overseas teams.
Experience in organizational transformation or digitalization projects.
Experience in multi-brand group companies, familiar with the group-brand collaboration operating model.
