Associate Director, Software Engineering (AI Agent Platforms Testing)

Lead the end-to-end testing strategy for AI Agent Hub platform delivery. Define quality standards, test plans, coverage requirements and acceptance criteria. Manage functional, integration, performance, security and AI-specific testing. Lead test automation, regression testing and continuous quality improvement. Coordinate testing across engineering, product, risk, security and business teams. Track defects, testing risks, dependencies and delivery readiness. Coach testing professionals and promote accountable, evidence-based quality decisions. Proven experience leading testing for complex technology or AI-enabled platforms. Strong knowledge of test strategy, automation, integration, performance and security testing. Understanding of AI risks, including accuracy, bias, hallucination, explainability and model drift. Proven ability to translate business, technical and regulatory requirements into clear test objectives. Strong leadership, communication, prioritisation and decision-making skills. Demonstrates an AI-native mindset by applying AI-driven approaches, including coding assistants, to improve productivity, quality, and engineering best practices.
