岗位职责
We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Senior Scientist to join our dynamic discovery team. The primary focus of this role is to design, develop, execute, and manage D2B hit finding campaigns, aiming to identify validated hits of varied modalities including conventional small molecules, covalent compounds, molecular glues, etc.
The ideal candidate should have experience in biological assay development and data analysis, coupled with a decent understanding of drug discovery and high-throughput screen. You will lead an advanced platform tailored for new assay development, cell model exploration and hit finding campaigns. The candidate also will take the lead to manage client projects, routine meeting with clients for project experiment planning/ resource management/result update. So, good communication skill in English is required.

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop Direct-to-Biology screening platform;
 Develop high-throughput screening assays and strategies tailored to hit finding.
 Design, optimize, validate, and execute biochemical and cellular HTS assays for different drug modalities.
 Operate state-of-art HTS instrumentation, liquid handling systems, and automation systems to ensure robust and reproducible screening data.
 Perform data analysis using data analysis software.
 Collaborate closely with medicinal chemistry teams to interpret screening results, design follow-up experiments, and drive workflow optimization.
 Communicate with global clients via email and TC to present project update and discuss about scientific topics.
 Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in HTS drug discovery.

岗位要求
Qualifications and Requirements:
 A PhD Degree in Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Pharmacology or related area;
 Hands-on expertise in developing and validating robust biochemical and cell-based assays;
 Demonstrated ability to independently design and execute experiments and trouble-shooting;
 Written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English, able to read and comprehend Chinese and English literatures, and able to write experimental reports in both languages;
 Excellent data analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills;
 Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment;
 Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
 Working experience in the industry.
 Hands-on experience with laboratory automation, liquid handlers (e.g., Echo, Certus, I.DoT, Multidrop Combi, Agilent Bravo), plate readers (e.g., EnVision, PheraStar), and HTS data analysis software (e.g., Spotfire, GeneData Screener).
 Knowledge of cutting-edge technologies such as Mass Spectrometry, Single-cell Sequencing and Machine-learning.
