工作内容
Job Responsibilities
1. Financial Reporting
Support month end, quarter end and year end closing for Hong Kong entity
Conduct financial analysis
2. Hong Kong & China Taxation
Support Hong Kong tax compliance matters and tax provision reviews
Support Mainland China tax related matters and cross border tax arrangements
Keep abreast of regulatory updates for both Hong Kong and Mainland China taxation
3. Treasury & Cash Management
Oversee cross border fund settlement and inter company transaction monitoring
4. Cross Border Operation & Site Support
Required to travel to Mainland China factories from time to time
Liaise closely with Mainland finance teams to ensure consistent accounting policies and financial compliance
Support ad hoc cross border finance projects and operational reviews
任职条件
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years solid working experience in Big 4 accounting firm (Mandatory)
Familiar with HKFRS, Hong Kong Tax Ordinance and basic Mainland China taxation practices
Independent, self motivated, able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
Willing to undertake regular business travel to Mainland China
