岗位职责
1.基于项目与工艺的特定需求，在主管的指导下设计，并搭建流动化学装置；
Based on the specific need for certain project and process, design and set up the flow chemistry unit under the supervision of mentors.
2.针对流动化学工艺的开发设计、执行实验，并基于结果的分析总结进行工艺的优化；
Design and execute the flow chemistry experiments, and perform process optimi-zation based on the interpretation of experimental results.
3.在主管的指导下设计生产工艺的工艺流程图，并相应的在实验室基于一定的规模进行工艺确认。
Design the process flow diagram for the production in the plant under the supervi-sion of mentors，and perform the process verification on certain scale to mimic the production process.
4.准备流动化学工艺从实验室向工厂转移所需的文档；
Complete the relevant documentation for the process transfer from lab to plant.
5.分析并解决流动化学工艺研发中遇到的技术问题，并支持流动化学项目在工厂的生产；
Analyze and resolve the technical problems during process development, and to provide the on-site support during the continuous manufacturing in the plant.
6.协调工艺研发部，安全，分析，生产,工程等部门推进流动化学项目的顺利生产；
Coordinating the associates from process R&D, process safety, analytics, produc-tion and engineering departments etc. to ensure the successful completion of the continuous manufacturing.
7.及时撰写技术报告并与主管沟通流动化学的项目进展；
Timely complete the technical report and provide regular written update on the progress of the project.
岗位要求
1.有机化学、制药工程或药物化学、化学工程专业硕士及以上学历，有流动化学领域的从业经验优先考虑
Master or above degree in Organic Chemistry, Pharmaceutical engineering, Medic-inal chemistry, Chemical engineering, or equivalent discipline. Ideally with working experience in flow chemistry area.
2.具备良好的英文书写以及基本的英文口头交流能力
Eligible skill on both written and oral English
3.具有良好的有机化学理论知识以及实验能力，能够熟练的解读NMR，MS, GC以及HPLC等分析数据
Possess solid knowledge and experience in organic chemistry and experimentation, including the interpretation of NMR, MS, GC and HPLC data etc.
4.有较强的责任心，具有良好的团队协作和沟通能力；
Strong ownership to the assigned tasks, good communication skill, and a team player.
